Hustler Magazine requires that a photo of you holding your valid photo ID be taken while holding your completed Hustler Model Release. This is ONLY for verification of your identity and age.  It WILL NOT be published.  This photo, along with a close-up of your valid photo ID MUST be included with your submission to the magazine. Without it, they WILL NOT publish you in the magazine.
