eyeKandeyMAG Media Submission & Publication Release Form
After you’ve uploaded your media set to an online folder…
Use the submission and release form on this page to sign a publication release for the media set you have already uploaded to an online folder, and want to submit for publication in the various eyeKandeyMAG Magazines and media pieces (eyeKandeyMAG Gen 2 Magazine, eyeKandeyMAG Cynosure Magazine, eyeKandeyMAG Daretu’ Magazine, eyeKandeyMAG calendars, eyeKandeyMAG posters, etc.) and other edm publications. This form is an “all-in-one” process form that covers both the identification of the model and photographer, plus where we can find the images you havev already uploaded to an online folder, and the actual publication media release form. This form should only be used by individuals with experience in publication-ready edited images (including adherence to image mechanical specifications) and with publication of modeling media content in general. Please include ALL pertinent information so that we can match up your release to any images and forms that you have previously submitted to us. It is vital that you include the link to the online folder where we can find your images in this form.
Front & back cover placements: We typically select a front and back cover from all of the submissions sets that go into a new issue release, but if you have a special request for front and/or back cover placements, you can note it here on the form. We openly welcome requests where the contributor is willing to pay a special-request fee for such placement, and that can also be noted on the form. Requests for font and/or back cover placement will be noted at the time we receive your form, and if you ae awarded either (or both) covers you will be notified of the acceptance via email. Once accepted, you will have 72 hours to submit your secured credit payment via our eStore, or we may move on to the next cover placement candidate, or simply award covers based upon our judgement. Notifications on cover placement requests/awards will be made via the email address you supply on the form. Paid cover placements receive priority over non-paid placements onoce payment has been received.
