After Your Session… what happens next?
So you’ve completed your photo session with us… what happens next? This page should serve as a guideline to post-session activities for you. Here’s some of what you can expect in the coming days following your session…
Within the next 48 to 72 hours you will receive a link to a DropBox folder with your un-edited session proofs. We will typically send you this link via your Instagram profile or email, whichever you prefer.
Now would be a good time to submit your client testmonial form as w had previously discussed with you at your session!
Take your time reviewing your session proofs. Once you are ready to send us your list of requested edits, just complete the Model’s Edit Selections form and submit it to us. At your session we had most likely discussed how many edited images we are able to provide to you. That number is at least your “top ten” as you can list on your form.
If you had indicated an interest in a featured model profile page on our website, we need some information from you in order to build your profile page, so please submit a Featured Model Page Data form to us so we can get started on your profile page.
If you are interested in the hosted model galleries that we most likely discussed with you at the end of yoru session, you can review the detailed information on this opportunity at your convenience and let us know if you would like to proceed with this capability.
When we have completed your requested edits, we will put them in another DropBox folder and send you the link to that folder so you can download them. Your edits will not be water marked and will be in publication-ready size and pixel density, so you will be able to submit them to magazines as you wish for publication. Just be sure o provide photographer’s credits as eyeKandey Digital Media if/when you do! You are free to use your edited images for any purpose that you would like. Simply credit eyeKandey Digital Media as the photographer when you use or post them please!
If you are eager to be published in one or more magazines, and if you are not curretly a member of the Kavyar photographer and model publication network, we strongly urge you to create a free profile on the Kavyar website, and send us the link to it, along with your chosen profile name on Kavyar. You can even help us find specific magazines you may be interested in submitting to. There are over 400 of them available!
